DAVID ROWELL & Co. CATALOGUE

"I am pleased to enclose a flat pack of the above for self assembly. 

As you will see it is a single sheet folded in the middle, like the front and back pages of a tabloid newspaper. 

I do not know the date of the catalogue but suspect that it just creeps into the 19th century. The prices given are unreal, however, I recall in 1938 my parents were thinking of buying a bungalow (sorry, single storey property, no veranda!) for £300. They didn't and it was bombed. 

From the internet photos a number look as if they were from the catalogue."
